Lumenera PELTIER COOLED CCD sensor models (ultra-high sensitivity)
The Lumenera INFINITY 3 series of Peltier cooled and un-cooled CCD based cameras provide extreme low light sensitivity and dynamic range. They are ideal for quantitative analysis, extremely low light, and long exposure applications (e.g. Trace fluorescence, astronomy, FRET, TIRF, FRAP, calcium, bio-luminescence, live cell imaging, spectroscopy, cytometry).
The new 6 Megapixel series, 3-6URC and 3-6URM, now offer high speed, high resolution fluorescence imaging using an un-cooled new generation Sony sensor (ICX674). The 3-3UR models provide extremely low dark current and readout noise with high quantum efficiency with fast frame rates. Ideal for high resolution fluorescence, NearIR (NIR), GFP, FISH, NIR, FRET fluorescence applications.
The 3-1 high sensitivity CCD sensor is also available in the significantly upgraded non-cooled INFINITY 3-1UR models. The 3-1UR replaces the previous 3-1U models with enhanced performance at no increase in cost. The 3-1UR is available in either color (3-1URC) or monochrome (3-1URM) versions and offers a lower cost alternative to cooled sensor models for applications not requiring the extreme low light sensitivity such as GFP, FISH, NIR, FRET fluorescence.
All models come with the Advanced Infinity ANALYZE image analysis, basic Infinity CAPTURE, and TWAIN software packages. We also offer more application specific advanced software packages.
