We have been providing high quality rebuilt equipment for more than 20 years. Our systems are carefully refurbished to meet the manufacturers factory standards to ensure years of useful life. Systems designated as available ‘guaranteed operational’ provide the user with a fully functional system but we offer the option of our extensive rebuild/refinish services at additional cost. The rebuilt systems are supplied with a 90 day warranty.

We also offer new furnace systems manufactured by our partner Calsemi LLC to your specific requirements for wafer size and loader stations. Additionally we can provide a wide range of the process tools needed for semiconductor fabrication. Contact us with your upcoming needs and let us help.
