Lumenera High-Speed Non-COOLED CCD sensor models (ultra-high sensitivity)

The New Lumenera INFINITY 3S-1UR series of un-cooled CCD based cameras provide ultra low light sensitivity, 2X improvement in frame rate, and increased dynamic range. They are ideal for quantitative analysis, extremely low light, and long exposure applications (e.g. – Trace fluorescence, astronomy, FRET, TIRF, FRAP, calcium, bio-luminescence, live cell imaging, spectroscopy, cytometry).

The 3S-1UR incorporates Sony's latest ICX825 CCD sensor which provides a 53% improvement in low light sensitivty with extremely high quantum efficiency. The frame rate has increased to 60fps vs 30fps for cameras using the ICX285 sensor and dynamic range has increased by 6dB. The 3S-1UR is available in either color (3S-1URC) or monochrome (3S-1URM) versions and offers a lower cost alternative to cooled sensor models for applications such as GFP, FISH, NIR, FRET fluorescence.

All models come with the Advanced Infinity ANALYZE image analysis, basic Infinity CAPTURE, and TWAIN software packages. We also offer more application specific advanced software packages.
