Wide Range Inspection with comfort
Our systems can be used to resolve many costly ergonomic inspection issues. The camera/lense module is mounted on a very stable boom arm stand which allows a wide range of working clearance options: close (7”) for maximum magnification or further away when additional room is needed for operations such as soldering or rework. The 18” reach boom-arm can be swung out of the way when not needed. The lense system provides a 10:1 zoom with a wide range of magnifications possible (1.3x – 50x) depending on working distance. We also offer optional/removable optical extenders (1.5x and 2x) when greater magnifications are needed. The following images represent the effective overall magnification of the systems (without extender lenses) at both minimum working distance and maximum working distance.

NOTE: These images were taken with our digital inspection station and the actual image resolution of the video versions will be less but with the same field-of-view.
