Our systems are carefully refurbished to meet the manufacturers factory
standards to ensure years of useful life. Systems designated as available
‘guaranteed operational’ provide the user with a fully functional system but we
offer the option of our extensive rebuild/refinish services at additional cost.
The rebuilt systems are supplied with a 90 day warranty.
We also offer new furnace systems manufactured by our partner Calsemi LLC to
your specific requirements for wafer size and loader stations. Additionally we
can provide a wide range of the process tools needed for semiconductor
