Ergonomic Digital Zoom Inspection Stations; provide high quality visual product inspection. The macrozoom lense system offers magnification to 100x with working clearance up to 18 inches. Camera resolutions up to 32 megapixel. Ideal for QC inspection and documentation, medical devices, and semiconductor packaged parts.

Wide Range Inspection with comfort
Our zoom inspection systems can be used to resolve many costly ergonomic inspection issues. The camera/lense module is mounted on a very stable boom arm stand which allows a wide range of working clearance options: close (7”) for maximum magnification or further away (up to 18”) when additional room is needed for operations such as soldering or rework. The long reach boom-arm can be swung out of the way when not needed. Table stand models are also available when a boom-arm stand is not necessary. The lense system provides a 10:1 zoom with a wide range of magnifications possible (1.3x – 50x) depending on working distance. We also offer optional/removable optical extenders (1.5x and 2x) when greater magnifications are needed.

The following images represent the effective overall magnification of the systems (without extender lenses) at both minimum (7”) working distance and maximum (18”) working distance.
